Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants, organisers and guests of the 16th White Cane International Charity Festival.
The message reads, in part:
“I am sincerely delighted that your remarkable project, which has been supporting young performers on their professional journey for many years, continues to unite an ever-growing number of caring, compassionate, and kind-hearted people. For every participant, the White Cane Festival represents a significant and long-awaited event – a genuine celebration and an excellent opportunity to showcase their talents and abilities. Naturally, children also learn from renowned artists, gain invaluable experience, and find loyal comrades and friends.
I would like to give special acknowledgement to the teachers, mentors, and parents of the participants – to all those who help them confidently move forward, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.”
