Vladimir Putin sent greetings to participants of the 11th session of the United Russia Party – Communist Party of China Dialogue.
The Presidential message reads, in part:
“Relations between our states are advancing dynamically in the spirit of comprehensive strategic partnership. The Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China are productively cooperating across a wide range of areas, implementing large-scale joint projects in the economy, transport, and energy, as well as the humanitarian sphere. Close interaction between Moscow and Beijing in international affairs, including in influential associations such as BRICS and the SCO, contributes to the creation of a more just and democratic multipolar world order.
The dialogue between the leading political parties of our two countries has traditionally been an important part of Russian-Chinese relations. It is crucial that United Russia and the Communist Party of China maintain regular contact that involves not only central, but regional bodies as well. This makes it possible to thoroughly discuss numerous bilateral priority issues, to exchange practical experience in party building, parliamentary, and legislative work, and to coordinate and implement comprehensive social and political initiatives.
I am confident that this particular meeting will be substantive and productive and will contribute to the further strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding between our countries and peoples.”
