Vladimir Putin wished a happy birthday to cinema actor, People’s Artist of the RSFSR Vladimir Zamansky and congratulated him on his 100th birthday.
The message reads, in part:
“Your professional journey and the way you have lived your life command deep respect. You have demonstrated courage while serving on the frontline. Having put the Great Patriotic War behind you, you dedicated yourself to the arts to become a talented and creative actor with your unique style. You have created spectacular, captivating and striking characters, which continue to serve as models of great mastery and dedication to your chosen profession.”

Prominent Soviet and Russia theatre and cinema actor, Vladimir Zamansky, appeared in about 90 motion pictures. He is the laureate of the USSR State Prize.
