Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants and guests of the First International Congress of Public Administration.
The message reads, in part:
“By bringing together government officials, experts, and representatives of the scientific and educational community at the Presidential Academy, your congress is intended to serve as an authoritative platform for substantive and engaging discussion on a wide range of issues related to improving the system of public administration. Participants will address key topics such as developing a talent pool, enhancing the efficiency of the public sector, and applying best practices to regional and municipal development. I would like to emphasise that it is important that your professional discussions should be aimed at formulating specific, well-grounded solutions and approaches relevant to the day-to-day work of government institutions at all levels.
I am confident that the analysis and consolidation of successful experience carried out during the congress will contribute to the qualitative renewal of the public administration system and to the training of highly qualified personnel, considering the large-scale challenges facing Russia and the rapid pace of change in the world.”
