Vladimir Ustinov – plenipotentiary presidential representative in the Southern Federal District;

Grigory Rapota – plenipotentiary presidential representative in the Volga Federal District;

Ilya Klebanov – plenipotentiary presidential representative in the North-Western Federal District;

Georgy Poltavchenko – plenipotentiary presidential representative in the Central Federal District;

Pyotr Latyshev – plenipotentiary presidential representative in the Urals Federal District;

Anatoly Kvashnin – plenipotentiary presidential representative in the Siberian Federal District;

Oleg Safonov – plenipotentiary presidential representative in the Far Eastern federal district.
