On the eve of Egypt's national holiday, the Day of the July Revolution [23 July 1952], the President of Russia warmly congratulated President Hosni Mubarak and conveyed his best wishes to the Egyptian people in connection with this illustrious date.
The heads of state expressed satisfaction with the high level and dynamic progressive development of multifaceted bilateral relations and constructive cooperation between Russia and Egypt in the international arena.
In this regard, they stressed their mutual desires to further expand cooperation in the interests of the two countries, international peace and stability.
