The 300th anniversary of Tsarskoye Selo will be celebrated on June 24, 2005.
Formerly the Russian imperial family’s summer residence and now the Tsarskoye Selo State Museum and Reserve, the complex is a monument of world architecture and park and garden design of the XVIII-early XX centuries. The complex covers a total area of 300 hectares with more than 300 buildings and constructions.
