I am delighted to have the opportunity to get acquainted with you and would like to note that the current visit is a development of the strategic dialogue that has taken place between our nations in recent years. Obviously, we have made significant progress. Today, the links between Russia and China are becoming a key factor in international development.

I am glad to continue this dialogue with you. I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your re-election to this important position.
