The Security Council members also inspected a modern mobile satellite communications system.
Taking part in the meeting were Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Speaker of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov, Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Naryshkin, Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev, and Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Mikhail Fradkov.
