The President signed the Executive Order On Changes to the Composition of the Russian Federation Security Council Approved by Presidential Executive Order No 715 of May 25, 2012.
In accordance with the Executive Order, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Matovnikov, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Urals Federal District Nikolai Tsukanov and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Central Federal District Igor Shchegolev joined the Security Council, while Oleg Belaventsev and Igor Kholmanskikh were excluded.
