Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin chaired the second meeting of the working group on key areas of activity of the Russian Federation regional executive bodies in implementing the Presidential Executive Order No. 204 On National Goals and Strategic Objectives of the Russian Federation through to 2024, dated May 7, 2018.
The working group has done considerable analytical work since its first meeting to prepare proposals on a broad range of issues related to national projects.
In light of the comprehensive nature of the national projects, the work was carried out by nine subgroups that focused on demography and healthcare; education; science; housing and the urban environment; infrastructure; the environment; the economy; the digital economy; and culture.
The regional heads who chair the subgroups addressed the meeting. Taking part in the discussions were federal ministers and their deputies responsible for national projects, as well as experts.
