Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On the Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation.
By his Executive Order, the President has appointed Maria Lvova-Belova Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation for the duration of five years.
The Executive Order will come into force on October 27, 2026.
