Meetings with Serzh Sargsyan, Alexander Lukashenko and Nursultan Nazarbayev

Upon the completion of  CSTO and  EurAsEC summits and the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting, Vladimir Putin held bilateral meetings with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev approved a plan of joint actions of Russia and Kazakhstan for 2013–2015. A memorandum between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in setting up an emergency response system with the use of ERA-GLONASS system and possible development of additional transport navigation and information services on its basis was signed in the presence of the two leaders.
