Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol on Certain Temporary Exemptions to the Common Customs Regime within the Customs Union Territory.
The Protocol was signed in Astana (Kazakhstan) on July 5, 2010.
The document regulates the legal relationships pertaining to restrictions on free movement of a number of goods within the common customs territory of the Customs Union. The restrictions in question were stipulated in the international Customs Union agreements that Russia has already ratified.
