Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
The discussion focussed on preparations for the upcoming meeting in Minsk on August 26 between the heads of the Customs Union member-states and the President of Ukraine with the participation of European Commission representatives.
At Mr Lukashenko’s request, the Russian President informed him on the situation with the humanitarian convoy for residents of southeastern Ukraine, including the difficulties that have arisen with its delivery.
