Dmitry Medvedev had a telephone conversation with King Abdullah II of Jordan.
The two leaders discussed the current situation in the Middle East and expressed satisfaction with their similar or identical stance on resolving the current problems through exclusively political means in the aim of preserving stability and security in the region.
Mr Medvedev and HM Abdullah II also exchanged views on current issues on the bilateral cooperation agenda.
