President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev: Mr Atambayev, I would like to welcome you once again and congratulate you on the start of the work. You managed to plunge into the thick of the debates straight away and to take an active part. I think this is a guarantee of successful multilateral cooperation.

I propose that we talk about the development of bilateral relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan and look at the most recent events as well as ways to make our cooperation more robust, more powerful and rich in various aspects of our interaction.
