Vladimir Putin received the letters of credence of 20 foreign ambassadors in a ceremony in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s Alexander Hall.

The President signed the Federal Law On Ratifying Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Mongolia on Temporary Labour Activities by Citizens of One State on the Territory of the Other State.

Dmitry Medvedev congratulated President of Mongolia Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj on the 90^th anniversary since the establishment of Russian-Mongolian diplomatic relations.

Dmitry Medvedev and Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj discussed the development of political dialogue and promising areas of trade and economic cooperation,and exchanged views on international issues, including the situation in Central and Southeast Asia.

Russian-Mongolian summit talks will take place on May 31, 2011.

The two leaders discussed current bilateral cooperation issues in light of the official visit by the Mongolian President to Russia scheduled for late May.

Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Mongolia on Establishing Joint Company with Limited Liability, Dornod Uranium.

Dmitry Medvedev and Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj discussed current bilateral cooperation issues following on from Mr Medvedev’s visit to Mongolia in August 2009.
