Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions issued following an October 28 meeting on traffic problems in Moscow.
Instructions have been issued to the Russian Government and the Moscow City and Moscow Region governments.
The instructions concern, in particular, the development of transport system in Moscow and the Moscow Region, resolving transport bottlenecks and congestion, building garages and parking space in Moscow, and urban development policy with regard to Moscow’s transport system.
