Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov presented state decorations to scientists, representatives of NGOs and charity funds, and workers in science, culture and the arts.
Also, Sergei Ivanov presented certificates conferring the following honorary titles: Honoured Scientist of the Russian Federation, Honoured Designer of the Russian Federation, and Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation.
The ceremony was held in the Kremlin’s Catherine Hall.
