The report on results of law enforcement monitoring is presented every year in accordance with Presidential Executive Order of May 20, 2011, On Law Enforcement Monitoring in the Russian Federation.
The report includes the results of work carried out to monitor enforcement of Constitutional Court decisions, European Court of Human Rights decisions, enforcement of decisions in the various branches of Russian legislation, including as concerns citizens’ participation in protecting public law and order, law and order in the Armed Forces, and enforcement of decisions in areas such as state regulation of use of Russia’s airspace, preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism, local government, organisation of civil service, management of federal property, healthcare, in particular prevention of non-infectious diseases, and preschool education.
