A report on the results of law enforcement monitoring in Russia in 2021 has been prepared and published in accordance with Presidential Executive Order No. 657 of May 20, 2011, On Monitoring Law Enforcement in the Russian Federation.
The monitoring of law enforcement in the Russian Federation was conducted under a plan approved by Government Resolution No. 2152-r of August 21, 2020, and the methodology approved by Government Resolution No. 694 of August 19, 2011.
The report contains information on monitoring the implementation of the rulings of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, fulfilment of the rulings by the European Court of Human Rights, and law enforcement in various areas of Russian law, relating, in particular, to the activities of online platforms used to collect, process and publish information in order to attract consumer attention and make transactions; the preservation, use, popularisation and state protection of cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia; the management of residential buildings; federal state oversight in the field of transport and road safety; employment; personal data; and geodetic and cartographic activities.
