Vladimir Putin held a meeting on economic issues following a meeting with Government members.
Following on from a discussion begun the previous day with Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev on ensuring macroeconomic stability, the participants examined the current economic situation and looked at measures to speed up economic growth.
Taking part in the meeting were First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, Presidential Aide Andrei Belousov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev, Chairwoman of the Accounts Chamber Tatyana Golikova, and Central Bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina.
