Dmitry Medvedev submitted to the State Duma for ratification the Agreement on Appeals to the Eurasian Economic Community Court by Economic Entities with Disputes arising within the Customs Union and Particularities in Legal Proceedings Therein.
The Agreement was signed in Moscow on December 9, 2010 during a meeting of the Eurasian Economic Community Interstate Council (at the heads-of-state level).
The Agreement’s participants are member-states of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC).
