The Presidents of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will discuss the main directions for integration cooperation between the member countries of the  Background information Customs Union between Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan Customs Union and the  Background information Common Economic Space (CES) Common Economic Space, and the state of progress in work to establish the Eurasian Economic Union by January 1, 2015. They will also discuss drafting and implementation of roadmaps for the accession of Kyrgyzstan and Armenia to the Eurasian integration organisations.

Following the summit, a number of joint decisions on harmonising customs policy, regulating natural monopolies and competition rules will be signed.
