Vladimir Putin, together with the leaders of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation member states – President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon – had a tour of the yurts on the grounds of the Ala Archa State Residence in Bishkek as part of a short cultural programme.
