The head of Tula Region briefed the President on the region’s socioeconomic situation.
According to the Governor, manufacturing sector growth in the region is over 10 percent for the fourth year in a row, while the growth in gross regional product has been 52% in four years.
Mr Gruzdev also talked about measures being taken in Tula Region to provide housing to orphans and eliminate waiting lists for preschools, as well as the programme of support for families with many children.
