The President signed Executive Order On the Early Termination of the Nenets Autonomous Area Governor’s Mandate.
Following the request by the Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Area Igor Koshin on the early termination of his powers, the President resolved to accept his resignation and appointed Alexander Tsybulsky Acting Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Area until an elected governor assumes office.
