During exchange of views on Ukraine crisis, the parties expressed great concern about the catastrophic humanitarian situation in southeast Ukraine. Support was expressed for the efforts being taken by Russia, other nations and international organisations to help civilians in the conflict zone.

Also, the parties touched on the issues of joint action within the  Background information Customs Union between Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan Customs Union in connection with the limitations imposed by Russia with regard to imports to Russia of certain agricultural produce, raw materials and foodstuffs from a number of countries.
