Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on Independence Day, the country's national holiday.

Vladimir Putin met with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, who had arrived in Moscow on the President of Russia’s invitation.

Vladimir Putin will meet on October 9, 2012, with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, who will be visiting Moscow at Mr Putin’s invitation. 

Vladimir Putin and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev took part in the IX Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum.

Vladimir Putin is in Pavlodar to take part in the IX Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum. Before the Forum began, Mr Putin and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed current bilateral cooperation matters. 

Vladimir Putin sent his congratulations to President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on the 20^th anniversary of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA).

Vladimir Putin will visit the city of Pavlodar in Kazakhstan on September 19, 2012 to take part, together with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, in the IX Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum.

Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

In a telephone conversation, Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on his birthday and wished him continued success in his state work.

Vladimir Putin and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev held talks in Astana. A set of documents was signed following the meeting; in particular, the presidents signed a Protocol on Amendments to the 1992 Agreement on Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance, which extends the agreement for ten years, taking into account the new realities of political and economic integration between Russia and Kazakhstan.

Following the meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of State, a package of documents was adopted on expanding cooperation within the organisation, in particular the Declaration on Building a Region of Lasting Peace and Common Prosperity, as well as an information statement.

In the next few days, Vladimir Putin will make a series of foreign visits.

An informal meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State was held at the Kremlin.

Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed current bilateral relations and integration development, in particular within the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Community.

An anniversary meeting of CSTO Collective Security Council dedicated to the 20^th anniversary of the Collective Security Treaty and 10^th anniversary of CSTO took place at the Kremlin. The heads of CSTO member states adopted a Declaration following the summit.

A meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council dedicated to 20^th anniversary of the Collective Security Treaty and 10^th anniversary of CSTO will take place in Moscow on May 15, 2012.
