The President of Russia made a state visit to India.

The President of Russia met with President of the Republic of India Droupadi Murmu. Thereafter, a state reception was held on behalf of the President of the Republic of India in honour of the President of the Russian Federation, which was also attended by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.

Vladimir Putin sent greetings to President of India Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the state holiday, Independence Day.
