Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Early Termination of Mandate of the Kirov Region Governor.
Based on the Federal Law On General Principles Governing the Organisation of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of State Power of the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation, the President dismissed Nikita Belykh from the post of the Kirov Region Governor due to loss of confidence.
The Executive Order comes into effect as of its signing.
