During his trip to Sevastopol. Vladimir Putin visited the Cathedral of St Prince Vladimir Equal to the Apostles.
The President was told about the history of the cathedral, which is considered a symbol of Russia’s spiritual presence in the Black Sea region.
Mr Putin looked around the upper church and listened to the church choir, and then visited the lower church, where well-known senior Russian naval officers are buried. The President also asked about the situation with restoration work.
