Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov arrived in St Petersburg, where he laid flowers at Pulkovo Airport in memory of the victims of a Russian passenger plane crash in Egypt, and honoured their memory with a minute of silence.
Mr Ivanov expressed his profound condolences to the victims’ families and said that the Russian authorities are ready to provide them with all necessary help.
