In his opening remarks, Denis Manturov noted that the situation in the manufacturing industries remains stable and under control, which makes it possible to focus on supporting projects aimed at ensuring Russia’s technological sovereignty and the production of priority goods.

First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Vasily Osmakov presented the draft Consolidated Strategy for the Development of the Manufacturing Industry of the Russian Federation until 2024 and for the period until 2035. The document, which incorporated the commission members’ proposals, stipulates the extension of the anti-crisis support measures and the provision of funding for priority manufacturing industries.

Vladimir Gutenev spoke about the effort carried out by the State Duma to improve legislation in order to ensure Russia’s technological sovereignty, create demand for Russian goods and consolidate the precedence of Russian industry in the complex projects implemented at the federal and regional levels.
