Vladimir Putin held a meeting to discuss the development of the Azov-Black Sea port infrastructure, also taking into account the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia.

Vladimir Putin met with VTB Bank Chairman and CEO Andrei Kostin. Mr Kostin briefed the President on the bank’s current activities, in particular, implementation of a number of programmes for lending to the economy and to Russian households. The bank’s activities in Ukraine were also discussed.

Vladimir Putin visited the tech city of Sarov, where he met with young researchers at the Russian Federal Nuclear Centre – All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics, one of the key facilities in Russia’s nuclear defence complex.
