Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko took part in a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.

Prior to the Union State Supreme State Council meeting Vladimir Putin met with the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who is in Moscow on a working visit. The discussion covered pressing issues of bilateral cooperation and the development of integration.

Mr Sobyanin briefed Vladimir Putin on Moscow’s development trends and the preliminary results for 2014.
