Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Specific Criminal and Administrative Liabilities for Breaching Customs Union and its Member-States Customs Legislations.
The Agreement was signed in Astana, Kazakhstan on July 5, 2010 and is aimed at shaping the Customs Union legal framework within the EurAsEC in line with growing economic integration among the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
