Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Submission and Exchange of Preliminary Information on Goods and Vehicles Crossing the Customs Border of the Customs Union.
The agreement was signed on May 21, 2010 in St Petersburg as part of the effort to establish a legal framework for the Customs Union within EurAsEC.
