Vladimir Putin held a meeting with permanent members of Russia’s Security Council. The meeting discussed topical domestic and foreign policy issues.
Participants in the meeting included Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, Deputy Secretary of the Security Council Rashid Nurgaliyev, and Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Mikhail Fradkov.
