Presidential Aide, State Council Secretary Alexei Dyumin commented on the subject of the meeting: “The State Council Commission on Family, together with the Government, the regions, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Russian Popular Front and the expert community, has accomplished a great deal and continues to work hard. A number of proposals and new ideas have been formulated for further support of families, families with children and large families to preserve the population, as well as solutions aimed at increasing the birth rate. There’s still work to be done and we must complete it. The main idea is that there must be elements of family support in all spheres of life.”
