Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Ending the Mandate of Krasnoyarsk Territory Governor Ahead of Term, releasing Lev Kuznetsov from his duties and appointing Viktor Tolokonsky Acting Governor of the region.

Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Lipetsk Region Governor Oleg Korolev to discuss the socioeconomic situation in the region, in particular, industrial development and the spring sowing campaign.

Vladimir Putin announced at the meeting the decision to appoint Sergei Melikov Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District and Nikolai Rogozhkin Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Siberian Federal District.

The meeting will focus on the implementation of the presidential executive orders of May 7, 2012.
