Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Tula Region Governor Alexei Dyumin co-chaired a regular meeting of the State Council Commission on Industry.

Presidential Aide and State Council Secretary Igor Levitin and Sakhalin Region Governor, Chair of the State Council Investment Commission Valery Limarenko co-chaired the Commission’s meeting. Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov attended the meeting. 

Vladimir Putin had a working meeting, via videoconference, with Governor of the Tula Region Alexei Dyumin.

The Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office attended an opening ceremony for the Memory Watch-2016 national campaign, addressed a plenary meeting of the 3^rd Congress of the Russian Search Movement, the Russian National Public Movement to Perpetuate the Memory of Those Killed While Defending the Motherland. Sergei Ivanov also held a meeting with Acting Governor of Tula Region Alexei Dyumin.

During the meeting, the President announced that he accepted the resignation of Tula Region Governor Vladimir Gruzdev and appointed former Deputy Defence Minister Alexei Dyumin Acting Governor of Tula Region.

The President signed Executive Order On Early Termination of Mandate of Tula Region Governor.
