The President signed the Executive Order On the Early Termination of the Trans-Baikal Territory Governor’s Mandate.

Late yesterday evening, Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with Alexander Osipov. The President informed Mr Osipov of his decision to appoint him Acting Governor of Trans-Baikal Territory.

Vladimir Putin met with Trans-Baikal Territory Governor Natalya Zhdanova to discuss requests from Trans-Baikal Territory citizens received during the Direct Line with Vladimir Putin. Natalya Zhdanova also briefed the President on the current socioeconomic situation in the region.

Vladimir Putin met with Acting Governor of Trans-Baikal Territory Natalia Zhdanova to discuss the socioeconomic situation in the region, in particular, the Trans-Baikal Territory comprehensive development plan.
