Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova and Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia visited the Novye Berega inclusive art estate in the village of Bogoslovka, Penza Region.

The President had a working meeting, via videoconference, with Acting Governor of Penza Region Oleg Melnichenko to discuss the implementation of major investment projects and the improvement of the region’s healthcare system.

Vladimir Putin held a videoconference meeting with Oleg Melnichenko, during which he signed the Executive Order on the Acting Governor of the Penza Region.
