Presidential Aide and Secretary of the State Council Igor Levitin, in conjunction with Head of the State Council working group on healthcare, Governor of Ivanovo Region Stanislav Voskresensky, chaired a meeting of the working group to discuss matters of preparing materials for the State Council meeting on promoting healthcare in the Russian Federation.
Other participants included Deputy Minister of Healthcare Yevgeny Kamkin, Governor of Penza Region Ivan Belozertsev, Head of the Chuvash Republic Mikhail Ignatiev, Adviser to the President Alexandra Levitskaya, the deputy governors in charge of social policy and healthcare and representatives of involved federal executive bodies and scientific and expert organisations.
The participants discussed the concept in the working group’s report. The draft report will be ready for discussion at the next meeting in April 2019.
