Vladimir Putin: Good afternoon, colleagues.

We have two issues to discuss. One concerns improving the effectiveness of national maritime policy. Mr Patrushev will deliver the report.

Then, I would ask Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev to brief us on preparations for the upcoming Unified Voting Day in September, particularly as they apply to ensuring public safety.

Let’s get to work. Mr Patrushev, the floor is yours.
