Taking part in the meeting were Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov, Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, Deputy Secretary of the Security Council Rashid Nurgaliyev, Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Mikhail Fradkov, and Russia’s plenipotentiary representative in the Contact Group on settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine Boris Gryzlov.
