Vladimir Putin submitted to the State Duma for ratification the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea on Extradition.

Vladimir Putin welcomed the Special Representative of the Head of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Member of the Politburo of the Workers’ Party of Korea Central Committee Presidium, and Secretary of the Central WPK Committee Choe Ryong-hae.
