President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Good afternoon, colleagues.

Today we will talk about ensuring collective security across the CIS space, including biological security.

Our discussion will take into account the problems that we faced during COVID and even now – the epidemiological situation has fortunately improved, but it remains complicated.

Biosecurity concerns everyone, including our closest neighbours. We will have meetings with our colleagues, leaders of the CIS countries on December 25 and 26. Biosecurity is one of the issues that is of general interest to all of them. Accordingly, our speaker today is Anna Popova. Let's give her the floor.

Ms Popova, go ahead, please.
